HACCP, Made Usable.
A HACCP plan should protect your operation—not sit in a binder no one understands.
Finley Food & Beverage Consulting builds operation-specific HACCP systems that are clear, approvable, and usable. We can determine whether a plan is required, write it, manage regulatory review, build the logs, and train your team to follow it.
Already have a plan? Start with a HACCP Recordkeeping Audit. We review monitoring, corrective actions, verification, and records, then give you a focused next-step plan.

When Is a HACCP Plan Required?
A HACCP plan is generally required for specialized processes such as:
1. Packaging fresh juice for later sale without a compliant warning label
2. Smoking food for preservation
3. Using additives or acidification to make food non-TCS
4. Curing food
5. Custom-processing animals for personal use
6. Reduced-oxygen packaging, including MAP, vacuum packaging, and sous vide
7. Sprouting seeds or beans
8. Offering live shellfish from a display tank
Requirements vary by jurisdiction and process. If you are unsure, start with a free HACCP consultation. Call or text Laura at (406) 600-7919.
Pricing + Process
Complete HACCP approval packages begin at $3,250 per plan and include up to 10 hours of development and approval support. Regulatory application fees are paid separately by the business.
If your project is likely to exceed the included time, you will know before additional work is billed. No surprises.
